Hi Chip,

I have written a tooltip generator for you. It creates a tooltip every 30
seconds and counts the number of runs, so that the tooltip messeges do
differ.

Yes Martin, as far as apps go, tool tips stay up for a long time; (they have
to stay up long enough to be seen by a user, and that's more than enough
time for an app to get the info).

I'll put this down as a class topic; I could use some suggestions from
people if they know of ways to reliably cause a tooltip to happen.
