Re: Extended Dictionary- Release notes

My initial observations are that since there is no basic phoneme 
file, too many of my existing entries are getting mispronounced. I'd 
prefer to  invoke the extended dictionary for certain speech 
synthesizers but not all, perhaps excluding one default so that I can 
use Window-eyes' existing dictionary interface for one synth but not all.
