I don't think that the nature of the lists have changed; but what has 
changed are the number of new scripts being written.
If you watch the number of new apps/scripts added to the collection, it 
has dropped precipitiously probably due that the major needs have now been 
unovered and addressed and now it is filling in the holes that may have 
been overlooked and programs whose needs have not been addressed.
If a new flurry of apps comes about, the lists will come alive again as 
new development spurs new questions and issues that need answered.
