BrowseMode queries

Hi:
I'm currently writing an external script tht is using browse mode and have a 
few queries:
Firstly, is thee a way to obtain the IHtmlDocument from the BrowseModeObject?
Secondly, is thee a way using scriptin currently to simulate BrowseMode 
movement-ienextheading?
Help appreciated as always.
