Will have to come up with version 2.72 and change the numbering convention
for the history, for when deleting a history that number is not being re used.
Also, in debug I displayed the list and an error happens if that deleted one is
missing.
So, once I get a new numbering convention that error exists, even fixed,
deleting one will over-write, or duplicate another when the next web is
stored...
so, a minor error unless relying on the history and one is deleted.

Hi!
The next version 2.71 of Breaking News will remove editbox hotkey conflicts
and move history keys to the F5 to F9 keys.
Also changed the Breaking News caption and changed editbox arrow keys.
Also fixed folder file count in the view menu.
The new history hotkeys are:
F5: History back to move history pointer to previous history URL.
F6: Speak URL that History pointer is pointing at.
F7: Move to next history URL.
F8: Download the URL in the format it was originally saved in.
F9: Delete the URL the history pointer is pointing at from the history list.
I also added:
Control Up Arrow to say the URL the Link=# inside the editbox is pointing at.
Alt Up Arrow to say what is inside Link=# and save it in the clipboard.
Control Down Arrow to go to the web page that is inside the Link=#
Note:
I also fixed the display of the number of files count in the Alert View
menu; it was not working due to a missing variable.
Also changed the Caption for the breaking News to Breaking News Alerts to
reflect which dialog you are in.
