I'm not exactly sure what you mean by 'account bar'. I've attached a picture to try and help clarify. It has 3 areas marked, though area 1 is not really a bar at all. I'd consider area 2 to be the account bar, and foursquare is displayed here (for me at least). It is not displayed in area 3, but this is because the plugin can't send to the service at all yet. Or do you mean somewhere else?
