I'm having the same problem. I'm using the latest Gwibber stable release
2.91.3. I can't get Gwibber to open links in Opera because it keeps opening it
with other browser even though i've set up Opera as my default browser. Both
method (using Preferred Applications and command "update-alternatives") doesn't
fix this issue. I'm using Ubuntu 10.10, Opera 11, Firefox 3.6.x and Chrome
beta.
First, Gwibber opened the link using Chrome and then i removed Chrome from my
system. After that, i open the link again and this time it opened in Firefox
not Opera.
