Expected behaviour: All other applications allow me to scroll by placing my
mouse over the scroll bar and then scrolling with the scroll ball.
Actual behaviour: Placing my mouse over the scroll bar and then scrolling does
not do anything. To scroll the window, I need to either click and drag or
place the cursor in the update window and scroll.
