[wishlist] Provide option to normalize message text across services

Bug description:
Identi.ca has groups, but Twitter does not. It would be nice if I
could type my message indicating Identi.ca groups with ! and have the
! signs either dropped or converted to #'s (making group references
into hashtags) for the version sent to Twitter.
