gwibber-service handles proxy settings incorrectly

Bug description:
Gwibber keeps to use proxy settings even if proxy is disabled in gnome
settings. gwibber-service restart does not help. However, this could
be a strange Dbus behaviour.
Errors in stdout:
ERROR:Gwibber GNOME Client:Network failure - error: 5 - Couldn't resolve
proxy 'proxy.address.was.here'
The proxy hostname is replaced by 'proxy.address.was.here' for
security reasons.
