    - Fixed handling of the in_reply_to data for twitter, and made minor

Title:
"in reply to" not showing for Twitter posts

Status in Gwibber:
  Fix Released
Status in “gwibber” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
When someone replies to me on Twitter, I should see an "in reply to"
as a part of the post info. This no longer shows.

I did verify that Twitter itself shows the tweets as being "in reply
  to".

  It works fine for Identica.

2.91.1 from the ppa on Maverick.
