I have this problem as well with Gwibber 3.1.0 (via PPA) on Lucid. There
is some guff on start-up:

But nothing shows after the Ctrl-r. In my case the individual Facebook
feed is showing but nothing for twitter, identica or Buzz. The combined
Home pane only shows Facebook status updates.
Posting seems unaffected though.
