Yes, the state of that checkbox is live. So unchecking unfollows on
twitter, and checking it follows.

Bug description:
I would like Gwibber to provide an option to unfollow a user from
within the client. Although I'm primarily thinking of twitter, I
think that this might be equally valid for other social media
services, where the option might be interpreted/presented as
"unfriend" or "remove from contacts".
