It also adds the protocol icon to the left of the time for the bottom tweet before hiding it when scrolling, same issue I would have thought.

If you post a tweet and scroll around your own tweet, when you scroll one tweet up or down from your own, the avatar is missing one first view then it redraws it with the avatar. Scrolling back to your own tweet does the same thing.
