.pc pkg-config files should not be deleted on make clean

Bug description:
Running ./configure, make, make clean, make results in an error
because make does not know how to make gwibber-0.2.pc and gwibber-
gtk-0.2.pc
.pc files are generated by autoconf so they should only be cleaned on
make distclean rather than make clean.
