Conversation thread could be shown as Facebook comments in Gwibber (with more than 2 displayed), with an arrow to click in order to deploy whole discussion under the post.

I know, for Twitter this can be done by looking at the in_reply_to_status_id. I don't know how this applies to all services, but it would be great if it could be implemented for services that provide this information.
