Bug description:
As of version 1.0 (currently in RC) StatusNet and Identi.ca no longer
start replies with @user by default. The web UI lists the user being
replied to above the post instead.
Gwibber right now doesn't display the "in reply to" information for
these new posts, but in order to minimize user confusion I believe it
should do so. The relevant information is still in the post data
AFAIK.
