on replying to a reply the reply dropdown has an icon over it

Bug description:
When I'm in my reply stream and I click the reply button and have it
scrolled to a certain spot the icon from under the reply drop down is
on top of the drop down and not underneath. I know it sounds a little
confusing but look at the attached image and you'll see what I'm
talking about. Keep up the good work.
