Unity Search slow with Gwibber lens

Bug description:
Hi,
I tried the last weeks the Gwibber lens in 11.10.
Great work but the gwibber lens is integrated into the global search.
So often when you search something unity hangs because the Gwibber lens
always parse the whole local database.
Is it possible that the lens only parse the last days or let the users choose
which space of time they want?
