Allow user to adjust stream width

Bug description:
Currently there is no way for a user to adjust a streams width, which
makes it to where after adding a 4th stream, I have to scroll
horizontally to view the new stream. I should be able to manually
adjust the width of the streams to allow them to fit on the screen as
I would like them.
