twitter icon gets cut off when system font is changed

Bug description:
I like to have my system font smaller than most people--I change it to
size 9 instead of Ubuntu's default size 11. However, when I do this,
the icons right next to the "Send with:" icon get cut off at the
bottom. Check it.
