Public bug reported:
1. Have the new QML Gwibber open, with a Twitter account set up, and go to
compose mode.
2. Have the English (International) keyboard layout, so you can insert accents
by pressing the ['] key and a letter.
3. Try to write the word "ortografía".
In the text box, what appears is "ortograf´ia", instead of "ortografía".
