protocol change for identi.ca (from StatusNet to pumpio on June 1,

Bug description:
identi.ca will switch its engine from Statusnet to pumpio in about 3 weeks
(1st June 2013)
This means gwibber would need to add the pumpio API/protocol (1).
open questions:
1. Will this be supported?
2. If so: could someone share a road map ?
(3. separate issue: will the Ostatus (2) support still stay for other,
federated StatusNet sites?)
