so now we have the same problem an app functioning with ie & firefox but
not with chrome....
could i ask you if your app is light or is an heavy app?
i met 2 different problem, 1 with the addItem of the ToolBar of a panel...
after removed all the call to the toolbar...chrome begins to say
that is out of stack....so i guess the chorme permutation has some problem
considering that after i revert to use gwt 1.7.0 and everything goes fine
with all
the browsers....

I’ve got the same problem.
In execution from eclipse, IE8 and Firefox are OK. But that doesn’t work
with Chrome. I’ve search but no response…

but i met a problem with chrome 4.0 (ie8 and ff 3.6 functions correclty)
for the rest you're right seems that ext are compatible with 2.x
