Messages sent from the client to the server (with RemoteLogger turned on)
will be logged on the server as well. However, if you are not using log4j,
the default is java.util.logging, which unfortunately does not print debug
messages by default.

Try:
   Log.fatal("test");

And see if that shows up on the server console.

Also, you could try including log4j.jar in your server classpath.
