I think I'm in hosted mode. When I run the application from my
Eclipse, the gwt hosted window will launch. There are 5 clickable
button on the toolbar: Back, Forward, Refresh, Stop, Compile/Browse.
If I click on Compile/Browse, my firefox will launch with my
application running.
