I'll drop into Maven (mvn install:install-file -DgroupId=com.allen_sauer.gwt.log -DartifactId=gwt.log -Dversion=3.1.3 -Dpackaging=jar -Dfile=gwt-log-3.1.3.jar -DgeneratePom=true) and let you know how its goes.
