I have an example thats working with JNDI now checked in.
simpledatasample -
http://gwt-maven.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/maven-googlewebtoolkit2-plugin/simpledatasample/.

It doesn't do everything else I want it to do, yet, but it does
demonstrate usage of context.xml and web.xml, for both hosted (shell)
and deploy (web) modes (even when you use different versions of
Tomcat, as is typical, across those two different environments).
