If you want to get 1.4.62 setup correctly in the central repo, since you already have the artifacts, and it's a concern for you, etc, then please go ahead (it would be good to have there, no argument with that). We don't maintain that stuff here, we simply use the artifacts that are in central (as of 2.0-beta22 and up).
You could submit an issue to the upload requests tracker - http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MAVENUPLOAD - or search for who normally maintains the GWT stuff and email them, etc. Looks like somebody tried to put it up there once - http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MAVENUPLOAD-1972. If what they did doesn't work, or is using a different structure than the newer ones, then a new issue needs to be opened. (Keep in mind how Maven repos look though, could be multiple people putting stuff in different places, I haven't researched this, just looked for 5 seconds - before you post an issue make sure of the correct structure and locations and so on.)
