I am not sure what is up with this, I cannot reproduce this problem.
I did some more testing of using manual mode in several projects, all
worked fine. I then also updated the docs to include better info on
manual mode (and use ${env.GWT_HOME} in the POM rather than a specific
platform, etc).
Sure seems like it HAD to be the .24 release that caused this, don't
get me wrong, but I can't seem to recreate it, and also can't think of
anything that changed that was even remotely related to this between .
23 and .24. I will keep thinking on this one, but so far I don't have
a clue.
