I am using a JDK and not a JRE. My JAVA_HOME is set to /usr/lib/jvm/
java-6-sun which is a JDK.
What I have found is that I only need to change the JDK on 64 bit
machine for the target/run.sh script.
Any change to the script gets lost since it is generated.

But I do not know where I can configure what JVM to use in that
script.
