I am working with with m2eclipse and eclipse 3.4 and everingthing is running out of the box. You only have to enable the dependency management by m2eclipse and then select run as "maven build..." and enter the full qualitfed goal. That's all. Can you describe the problem more in detail? Can you execute the problem outside of eclipse?
