The version '1.1-SNAPSHOT' of the gwt-maven plugin can't be found in
central,
so you have to add a plugin repository to your pom.xml that provides
it:
<project>
...
<pluginRepositories>
...
<pluginRepository>
<id>codehaus-snapshots</id>
<url>http://snapshots.repository.codehaus.org</url>
</pluginRepository>
...
</pluginRepositories>
...
</project>
