Igor is pretty powerful, and can likely convert the binary output files into a 
format that Gwyddion can easily handle.  If it appears impossible to easily 
write an input filter for these files, let me know, and I'll work on writing an 
Igor procedure file to handle it.  It should be possible to have the files save 
as normal, but have Igor continually look at the contents of the output folder, 
and then convert whatever's there to an alternate data format.

Hello, this was discussed last year, I was even able to get format
specifications, however, I have never got any IGOR files and the
discussion died away.

So, again, send me some files.
