Alternatively, you can unsubscribe by sending an e-mail to

If you experience difficulties don't hesistate to ask for help.
Preferably not several months later, in capital letters and as a
reaction to an unrelated post. I still don't know if you tried to
unsubsribe yourself or not the first time.
