glade3 is probably just glade, perhaps it includes a private copy of Gtk+. That's not what you need to run Gwyddion, i.e. a run-time Gtk+ environment (plus a couple of other libs such as GtkGLExt or libXML2). This is provided by package called GladeWin32. The name might be a bit confusing, it contains Glade among ohter things but it is primarily a full Gtk+ environment for MS Windows. If you have all the libraries, just have installed them manually, set HKLM\Software\GTK\2.0\Path to the Gtk+ run-time installation path so that the Gwyddion installer can find it.
