Thanks so much for input. It is a shame that Nanoscope had some many bugs for so long, very discouraging to hear that this problem is very well known and many people have to struggle with it and Veeco doesn't fix it. Well, To answer Ceco, Yes, I can open all the files with the Nanoscope software Jeremy's recommendation did not work with Nanoscope 7.3 Scott's recommendation finally opened the files but they missed several lines in the beginning of the scan/image. What would it be the best way to post the file on the web? I made a zip file and attached to a previous post but it is too big.
