Hello, is it possible to measure the length of a segmented line from within gwyddion. What I am trying to do is measure the contour length of the path, as well as the distance between the two end-points of a segmented path. Can be done from within ImageJ (see: http://rsbweb.nih.gov/ij/docs/examples/dna-contours/index.html ), but the adaptive false colour mapping in Gwyddion would make it far easier to do.
