I upgraded Gwyddion from 2.20 to 2.24 and after that when I'm trying to open
certain files the program make WinXP crashes.
I'm using gwyddion to analyze AFM data from my NTMDT (.mdt files) and to
analyze SEM images (.tiff files). For the .mdt files the program (and then
Win) crashes on the "Open File" window when I highlight the file and the
program shows the preview; for the .tiff files the program(and also Win)
crashes after I have set the size of the image.
I tried to uninstall 2.24 and to uninstall the GTK libraries that where used
for the previous version of gwyddion, and re install againg 2.24 but the
problem is still here.
I experienced the problem also for 2.23 version.
