Hi, I am trying to process dIdV maps, and there's always some convolution between the dIdV signal and that due to the topography of the surface. One way to get past this is to combine forward and backward scans, which I would like to do using Data Process -> Multidata -> Arithmetic.
The problem with this is that there is always a slight lateral offset between forward and backward scans, which can be approximated to a single constant value across the whole scan. Would it be possible to modify the Arithmetic option to include the option to add such an offset?
