Hi Yeti,
I would like to average repeated molecule structures on the SPM image so
that an average image of the recurrent structure is obtained to improve
signal to noise ratio.

First the user provides a unit cell structure, and the algorithm will try to
match similar patterns within the SPM image and obtain an average structure.
