Hello,

Just subscribed, and hoping to find some help. I have some AFM scans
from a Witec machine, 10 micrometer by 20 micrometer. (400 points per
line, 20 lines per image)

However, when I open my .WIP file with Gwyddion, the lines appear to be
pieced together in the wrong way, stacked horizontally instead of
vertically.

If import the ASCII data file into QtiPlot as a matrix, the 3D plot
looks correct, as I would expect it to.

Is there a setting to change somewhere in Gwyddion, or a fluke in the
way it is handling this .WIP file for some reason? Thanks, I haven't
been able to find anything in the doc or web site.

Marten
