Hello, I'm using a Veeco 3100 with Nanoscope, since last month I haven't been able to open the files with Gwyddion. I have tryed to reopen old ones that I already processed and I know worked before and I still get an error message. In windows I'm able to open them (gwyddion 2.25), but in Linux (Ubuntu 11.10) I can't (neither with gwyddion 2.24 nor 2.25). The files that I tryed to open where processed in gwyddion in Ubuntu 11.04, but since I switched to 11.10 I can't.
The error message is: Cannot parse `Scan size' field. Full file path: /..../sic-fa7-04.000. Loaded using: nanoscope. Any suggestions?
