Jonathan, i think you can do what you want with Data Process-Z Basic 
Operations->Dimensions and units.Then you alter "Z range" in "value range", by 
the appropriate multiplication value, eg. 18/14.

Please remember, that its always better to have the instrument calibrated 
BEFORE making measurements....but at  a pinch you can do it this way.I 
recommend you apply the correction to the image of your calibration step FIRST, 
to be sure you get the expected result.Pete.
