Sounds like something to be scripted with pygwy console. If you run linux it is
installed by default. If you run windows you can have it installed but only if
you install python before hand. Have a look in the windows install
documentation.
I am also interested on saving batch 3D images in a script, mainly cosmetic as
Yeti has said before.
There are some examples of scripts on the web page and sourceforge wikipage
that can give you a starting point. Batch saving is basically copy paste but
for normal 2D images. 3D probably has a slightly different command. As per
leaving lighting and coloring by default it is possible within the 3d view
window. (In mi case i want to change the orientation)
