I have gwyddion installed on my macbookpro with OS x.8.5 and it works just
fine.
I recently wanted to install it on another machine an iMac 27" core i5 also
running OS X.8.5
I used macports to do the installation but once the install finished I am
now getting the following error
"(gwyddion:228): Gtk-WARNING **: cannot open display: "
When I type 'gwyddion' into the Terminal it returns that error then exits
back to the command line.
I am not seeing any sign of X11 loading in the background so it seems to be
failing before that happens.
Any help is appreciated
