Hello François, I saw that too. It would be nice if we somehow managed to use the entire library – unfortunately it's in Java which means lots of problems with Gwyddion integration. Concerning OME TIFF, a good start would be teaching GwyTIFF to read the Big TIFF thing, just as a format because Gwyddion cannot handle images larger than ≈ 2GB anyway.
