Dear list,
I am just wondering how Gwyddion defines and caluclates the average
wavelength of a line profile. I am using wavelength to differentiate
several surfaces and just need a basic idea of how Gwyddion separates peaks
from noise etc and comes up with the number. I have looked in the online
documentation but can't find any info on it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
