Hello, the units adapt automatically to the range of values in the graph so, for instance, x can be in micrometres and y in nanometres, and they cannot be set manually. If you want to specify the units for a final presentation, e.g. a paper, it may be anyway useful to export the curves to a text file and plot them using a specialised graphing program such as gnuplot since Gwyddion is not exactly the best graphing software in the world...
