Gwyddion 2.41 64bit windows.
When merging in a park/psia *.tiff file into gwyddion the data 'quick view' on
the right shows the right pixels (4095x1024) but wrong dimensions 5x5 microns.
The data is imported correctly 6x1.5 microns.
